The Ex9P1 panel control device series is used in various control desks, operator panels, machine control circuits, and power distribution switchboards. They are designed as compact devices composed of modular parts: actuator head, mounting base, contact block, and lighting unit. These components can be freely combined to achieve different functions. For the semi-transparent (illuminated) version, a high-brightness LED unit can be used, ensuring reliable circuit indication, reduced energy consumption, and extended service life. The actuator heads feature vivid colors and an ergonomic surface design. They are available in multiple colors, shapes, and types.

The Ex9P1 panel control device series is used in various control desks, operator panels, machine control circuits, and power distribution switchboards. They are designed as compact devices composed of modular parts: actuator head, mounting base, contact block, and lighting unit. These components can be freely combined to achieve different functions. Ex9IL panel indicator lights are used in various control stations, operator panels, machine control sections, safety systems, and electrical distribution boards, where it is necessary to indicate the current status or the presence of an event in the circuit. The device height is only 51 or 53 mm (depending on the version). Versions are available with white, green, red, yellow, or blue lens caps, in two basic design types: flat cover and domed cover. Depending on the application, two internal connection variants are available: resistive or capacitive. LED technology reduces current consumption and heat dissipation while extending the device service life.

Ex9ZE Cam Switches

- Cam switches are used in main and auxiliary circuits requiring frequent switching operations:
1. For switching single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase electrical circuits on and off
2. For controlling devices that measure voltage and current values
3. In motor start/stop processes by switching power supply circuits
4. As ON/OFF switches, selectors, or step switches in transformers and welding machines
5. As pole or group switching devices in applications such as network regulators
6. As reversible automatic switches with starting functions - Rated current from 10 A up to 160 A
- Utilization categories: AC-3, AC-4, AC-23
- Protection degree: IP20 (body/terminals), IP40 (panel-mounted installation)
Our cam switches are manufactured according to the highest engineering standards, leveraging modern technological developments in switching devices and using high-quality insulating materials as well as riveted copper contacts with silver compound. Each switch is composed of multiple switching elements which, once assembled, allow various configurations and functions such as ON-OFF, multi-step switching, selector switching, star-delta, voltmeter selection, etc. The housing of the switching elements is made of plastic material resistant to electrical leakage and arc effects. The body material is PBT, durable and self-extinguishing even at high temperatures. Contact materials and terminals fully comply with EN 60947-3 standards.
