Accessories for Ex9B and Ex9PN

The accessories are designed so that different types can be combined with a single installation device. It is possible to use up to two release units, plus a maximum of three auxiliary or signal contact units (two units in the case of the AX3122 model with two pairs of contacts), in addition to one residual current block unit (only for Ex9B MCBs). The release units are mounted on the left side of the installation device. Auxiliary and signal contact units must be mounted on the left side of the device or on the left side of the release units, if present. The contact units are equipped with change-over (CO) contact combinations.

The accessories are designed to allow the combination of different types with a single installation device. The SHTC31 shunt trip release can be used for remote shutdown functionality, while the UVTC31 undervoltage release serves to disconnect the connected device in the event of a voltage drop. Auxiliary and signal contact units must be mounted on the left side of the device or on the left side of the release units, if present. The contact units are equipped with one change-over (CO) contact.

AX35 auxiliary contacts are designed for Ex9LB63 Type B residual current circuit breakers. The units are mounted on the left side of the installation device. The contact units are equipped with a change-over (CO) contact combination.

Ex9SN25B motor protective circuit breakers can be equipped with various types of additional accessories. All accessories are designed so that different types can be combined with a single device. It is possible to use up to three auxiliary or fault signal contact units, plus one voltage release unit.

Auxiliary contact units are available in three different contact combinations. Auxiliary and fault signal contact units are mounted on the left side of the device, while release units are mounted on the right side. The installation of auxiliary or fault signal contact units does not affect the possibility of mounting the voltage release.

Accessories for Ex9CHH and Ex9CHM

AX-CHM auxiliary contacts are designed for Ex9CHM installation contactors with manual control, while AX-CHH auxiliary contacts are intended for Ex9CHH silent installation contactors. The units are mounted on the right side of the installation contactors. The contact units are available with 1 NO + 1 NC or 2 NO contact combinations.

MOD31 Motor Operator for Ex9B MCBs

The MOD31 motorized operator is an accessory designed to facilitate the remote control function of Ex9B MCBs. Its primary function is to enable remote operations such as opening, closing, and automatic resetting of the circuit breaker. Two lever lengths are available to cover all pole sizes of the Ex9B MCB range.

In addition to its core functions, the MOD31 offers the following features:

• Auto Reclose: In the event of a circuit breaker trip, the MOD31 automatically attempts to return it to the ON position, providing a practical method for restoring power after a fault.
• Open/Close Status: The motor operator integrates an auxiliary contact (1 NO) that allows for remote monitoring of the circuit breaker’s open or closed status.

Overall, the MOD31 enhances the efficiency and convenience of Ex9B MCBs by providing remote control capabilities and circuit status feedback for more effective management and monitoring.
