    Ex9CHM installation contactors with manual control are suitable for domestic and building modular distribution boards. They are used as manual or remote switches for circuit control in application categories AC-7b and AC-7a (e.g., mixers, fans, central vacuum systems). The contactor must not be used for interrupting short-circuit currents; therefore, it must be used in conjunction with an appropriate short-circuit protection device.

    The contactor features 4 selectable positions:

    • O – permanently OFF

    • AUTO – switched when supply voltage is provided to the coil

    • I – manually switched ON, automatically returns to “AUTO” position after supply voltage ends

    • I+P – permanently ON

    Impulse relays are available in two rated current variants: 16 A or 32 A. Each version can have up to 4 switching contacts. Manual override switches for direct control are located on the front side of the device.
